Wonderful business to visit if you are having issues with balance, falls and dizziness. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. State of the art equipment. Looking forward to hearing back from the tests I took. I feel the results will go far to helping know what is happening to me.

Dr. Dillon and her staff are very helpful and thorough. She is helping me with the VA for a disability claim, she is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what she was doing and why. As well as very familiar with the processes and forms needed for the VA.

The staff was very accommodating for my schedule to fit in a repair. Joanne took extra time to go over the status of my hearing aids and explain options.

I have visited Radford office two times for my hearing aid needs. They were very friendly and professional in assisting me and assigned me a demo device to wear for a week. I am very happy with them and their customer service. I recommend them for anyone's hearing aid solutions.
